I picked all these green Roma tomatoes last weekend when it was cold and rainy. It just didn’t seem like there would be any more warm days to help the tomatoes ripen, so I decided to cut my losses. Alas, I misjudged. It’s going to be nearly 80 degrees today. Oh well. I guess I’ll just make fried green tomatoes.
