Ooh la la! Another successful DC Food Blogger Happy Hour last night at CommonWealth in Columbia Heights. A few dozen bloggers showed up to commune over beer and nibbly things. And we even got to meet the gracious and friendly Chef Jamie Leeds, who runs CommonWealth as well as Hank’s Oyster Bar. (This means, coincidentally, that in the past two weeks I’ve met the chef of my two favorite restaurants in DC).

It was awesome, Amelia! I met Jamie, too, and the Prince of Petworth, and many other local blogebrities.
It’s hard to eat at Commonwealth, however… All I can think about is stockpiling calories for the day so I can have one of those eggs. Avoidance is better for weightloss’ sake.
